The process is simple, fast and extremely effective. Once we receive your request on exactly what you type of home you want, we will enter that information into our Auto Email Program. Please be as specific as possible when you fill out the Dream Home Finder form.
First we need the location or city. Next we need to know the price range. This can either be typed in manually or selected with a drop down menu. Next we need to know the home type. A single-family residence, a condo or town home. Then we need to know the size or square footage. Next we need to know the minimum amount of bedrooms and bathrooms.
Now any extra comments that you can add that might help to narrow down the selection is certainly appreciated, as the more information that we can input, the better the results will be for you. Once we have entered this information into our Auto Email program, it will begin searching the MLS database 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This program never has a day off and we love that because it not only enables Denise and I to take some time off when needed; but more importantly it frees up your time. Giving you time back that is not spent in front of a computer searching the public MLS databases, one home at a time.
Once the Auto Email program matches your criteria, you will immediately be sent an email with the link to that home. The second any new listing(s) come on the market that meets your specifics, you will immediately be emailed the information on the property. It is so amazing because it gives you the jump on most of the other agents who are looking at all the new listings for their clients. Just open up the email and click on the link.
