A Little Bit About Us    By Randy Roberts Nine years ago last November, Denise and I loaded up our two sons in the car and drove out to Canyon Lake. We lived in Long Beach and about an hour later, we entered through the private gates of what would soon become our new neighborhood.  We had never been to Canyon Lake before and after spending just a few hours driving around the community, we knew we had found a new place to live and raise our family. The last eight plus years have been the best years of our lives and we consider the move here as one of the greatest decisions that we have ever made. We enjoy the many amenities that  Canyon Lake has to offer and Denise and I just love this "Little Bit Of Paradise".

Shortly after our move, we both started our real estate careers with a local Canyon Lake real estate company. Eager to learn and committed to success, we soon became top producing agents. Within two years I obtained my real estate Brokers license and Denise and I opened up Canyon Lake Sunset Properties. Our in-depth training includes many specialized Real Estate courses and I have an extensive background in Real Estate Finance.   I am a member of the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors. With our branch location in the Palm Springs area, I am also a member of the California Desert Association of Realtors.
